News has broken that original stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson will reprise their iconic roles in the next chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The project is now in the works.

The duo are returning as Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the roles they originated. Speculation suggests their cameos will probably be featured in a flash-forward sequence, as the original saga concluded with their characters settled into family life.
